Let me be the first to say that I don’t believe in the myth of the “pre-factory PRS”.
Until, that is, this morning, when I made a deal for one. Now I’m totally convinced that they rule.
This 1988 PRS Standard has been refinished in yellowed Pelham Blue with a racing stripe. For that reason, it’s worth less than a pristine original-finish one. That’s good for two reasons: prices on the early PRS guitars are starting to get stupid, and also because I like racing stripes. Check it out. Once it’s in my hands, I’ll plug it in and play it for ya’ll.

That is seriously hot. At some point you’ve got to run out of room for all these guitars. At that point, please call me.
