Yep, do a search for Imperial on a classic car search engine, and odds are it will be Chrysler Imperial this, Chrysler Imperial that, and Chrysler Imperial the other thing. But not here! So let’s take a look at two drop top Imperials, one rare, and one exceptionally rare.

The 1960 Imperial was thoroughly restyled, along with its less prestigious corporate siblings. The 1959’s toothsome front end was replaced in favor of a smoother visage. Overall lines were smoother too, especially on the two-door Southampton and Crown convertible.
