Just This Once, I’m Selling A Guitar, More On The New Website

Good news, everybody! The original Heritage Owners Club has been reopened. They didn’t ban the guy who impersonated a cop and sold a damaged guitar, they didn’t ban the guy who tried to scam a veteran, they didn’t ban any of the members of the “GuitOrchestra”. They just banned me, for calling attention to the previous three issues, and they banned the most knowledgeable and ethical buyer/seller of Heritage archtop guitars out there.

My enthusiasm for the Heritage brand hasn’t dampened — I still own more of them than pretty much anybody on the HOC — but this afternoon I decided to sell the “H150 Ultra” that I got from Mr. Fake Cop and which in many ways was the last straw for me at the HOC.

You can see the listing for the guitar here: Heritage H-150 Ultra. I think it will make a great instrument for someone who won’t get angry every time he looks at it.

I now have a teaser image for the new website. Keep in mind that this isn’t a massive commercial enterprise or anything that will ever be described as a “game changer” or “disruptive technology” or anything like that. It’s just for fun…

With a logo like that, it’s got to be good!

Grammar from the listing: “It is being with the OHSC,”

The OHSC is strong with this one, but I think you meant “being sold”

Whew! For a second when I saw the headline I thought you were selling that hard-to-replace and very vintage First Act ME437 that I left sitting at your kitchen table. Now that I see that it’s just another Heritage, I’m relieved.
